CrocoGames (crocogames.fun, "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed when you play, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive.
1. Data we store
On your device only: high scores, settings (mute, avatar) and your cookie choice are kept in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data erases it.
No accounts: we do not offer registration and do not collect names, emails or passwords to play.
Contact emails: if you write to contact@crocogames.fun, we keep your message only as long as needed to handle your request.
2. Cookies & advertising (Google AdSense)
Our pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and (with your consent) personalize ads. Data collected by Google is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
European visitors: before any advertising or analytics cookie is set, a consent banner asks you to Accept or Refuse. Refusing still lets you play every game; you simply see non-personalized ads. Your choice is remembered on your device and can be changed anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Consent signals follow Google Consent Mode v2.
3. Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits and see which games are popular. If Google Analytics is enabled in the future, it runs only after your consent.
4. AI chat (Verity)
Messages you type to Verity are sent to our chat service to generate a reply and are not used to identify you. Please do not share personal information in the chat.
5. Children
CrocoGames is a general-audience arcade. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Parents may contact us about any concern.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Visitors in Morocco hold equivalent rights (access, rectification, opposition) under Law 09-08 before the CNDP (www.cndp.ma). Since gameplay data stays on your device, most requests are fulfilled by clearing your browser data; for anything else, email contact@crocogames.fun.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
