Murder Mystery 2 on Roblox made a simple idea hugely popular: a group of players, one secret murderer, one sheriff with a gun, and everyone else trying to survive. If you like that loop but cannot install Roblox — on a school laptop, a work computer or a friend’s PC — Croco Manor Murder Mystery 3D gives you the same kind of round directly in your browser.
What feels familiar
- Three roles: innocent, sheriff and murderer, handed out at random every round with a role wheel.
- The gun drop: when the sheriff dies the revolver falls to the floor, a golden beam marks it, and any innocent can grab it and become the hero.
- Coin farming: coins spawn around the map for you to collect between the tense moments.
- A hidden knife: the murderer can keep the blade out of sight and throw it across the room.
- Blocky avatars with hats, hair, faces and shirt designs, in a 3D manor with a garden, library, ballroom and cellar.
What is different
- Single-player. The other nine guests are bots rather than real people. They are built to act like players: they wander, farm coins, group up, panic, accuse each other in chat and chase the dropped gun. You can play instantly without waiting for a lobby to fill.
- No account, no download. It runs in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and on phones and tablets with touch controls.
- Short rounds. A round lasts at most four minutes, which makes it easy to fit a game into a break.
Quick start
- Open the game page and press PLAY.
- Spin the wheel to get your role, then press PLAY again.
- Click the game to capture the mouse. Move with WASD and look with the mouse (on phones, use the joystick and drag to look).
- Innocent? Farm coins near other players and watch for a drawn knife. Sheriff? Only shoot when you are sure. Murderer? Keep the knife hidden with Q until the moment you strike.
